This place was conveniently located close to the center, making it easy to explore the town and go on the famous Ella Rock hike. The hotel was nestled in beautiful surroundings, atop a hill in the midst of a tea plantation. The room was comfortable with a clean bathroom, and the service provided by the staff was commendable. The breakfast served was delicious, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. Plus, the Wi-Fi was fast and stable, adding to the convenience of staying here.

Some of the facilities could use a refreshment, especially the walls in the room.

One small improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is the availability of handrails along the stairs. This would provide extra support and stability, especially for those with mobility concerns.

We had a great stay at Broad View in Ella. The large bedroom and good bathroom were perfect for our family visit. The staff were very kind, and the owner was the best. The location was good, adjacent to the train station, the center, and a hill in the middle of a tea plantation. The surrounding area was nice, set next to the Nine Arches.

The hot water in the shower was inconsistent, making it hard to have a proper shower. Communicating with the owners was a bit challenging due to their limited English.
